Herb Healing Properties


The following are my notes on what herbs heal what wounds and comments about preparation and potency. 
At any time, you can APPRAISE <herb> CAREFUL to get preparation information in game.

My notes on potency will be found here. Right now it only has some prep notes, but as I start testing catalysts, the detailed results will go there. This page will remain an overview sheet focused on the herbs themselves.

  • I've started an 'at a glance' page here for a quick cheat sheet where to find something around different cities. An extensive list of locations to forage many of the herbs can be found from Olwydd's herb database here.
  • The general lessons needed to find each I pulled from Zeltaen's Foraging Compendium, a copy of which can be found here.
  • There have been a few continuations of Zeltaen's Compendium from the initial one, mine can be found here and there is also one over on Elanthipedia here.
  • Tsarenzi has written out a great 'get started with foraging' guide, a copy of which can be viewed here.  This will help folks get a handle on good ways to train the outdoorsmanship skill.
  • Herbs that are dried will then use a mortar & pestle to finish the remedy process, herbs that were crushed will use a bowl & mixing stick.
